Incommunicado

Sorry folks, I'm just too whacked to post much today. The cold's got to my chest (as these things do) so it's a bit of a fight to breathe at the moment. Ah well, off to the doc's tomorrow and with a little luck I should start to feel more human by the end of the week.

Doesn't bode well for round 4 tomorrow! I'm sort of looking forward to the next pattern with its toe-uppedness, afterthought heel, possible japanese heel technique and dip dyeing after being knitted. However, I haven't had the energy to knit much at all today, a simple toe foxing me! These things are sent to try us....

Oh, Chris - hope you begin to feel better after your trip to the doctor tomorrow. Better living thru chemistry, we always say! I never even got started on round 3 and here it is round 4 already. Will keep good thoughts winging your way for a fast recovery.

Oh man! I hope you feel better soon. I found once the nose dried up that all I had energy for was knitting but I wasn't doing competition then. Rest up tonight (which, duh, you're probably already doing by now) and I hope you wake up all better tomorrow.

You haven't time to read this right now, but all good positive thoughts going your way.

Are you feeling well enough for a hot whiskey toddy yet? Don't rush it though - I tried it too soon when I had the flu back in January and was so sick, so quickly, that it put me off the stuff for a long time!

Soldier on, brave Madness Knitter!
